Parent App using Android

I'm receiving the "Not a Parent" error message when I enter in the code generated by my daughter and even when I use the QR code I still get the same message. I have tried two separate email accounts. Does my daughter need to manually enter my into the system?

  Can I just use the web browser and skip the app?

I wouldn't give up on the app! It has some great tools. 🙂

When you open the Canvas Parent app, do you select your daughters school and then enter your information and her pairing code?

If yes and it doesn't work, can you pair your accounts from a browser?

How do I link a student to my user account as an observer? 

With that, you can use a QR code to sign in.
