Pending Invitation

I am trying to add a student and professor to one section from another section in the same course.  I added them and it sent an invitation.  Beside their names it says pending.  However, they are not seeing an invitation on their end.  Any advice on what to do?

Try resending the invitation. If that doesn't work have them double check their junk and spam folders. If they still can't find the invite then I'd contact Canvas support.

I also continue to experience this issue — no matter how many times I hit "resend" the email invitation never seems to go out. I'm sending to test accounts, so I can see it's not showing up in the Spam folders either. Was there ever a formal issue identified with this functionality? Thanks for any insight.
