If you have two separate courses in Canvas that have separate Course ID numbers in the URL (example: https://SchoolName.instructure.com/courses/12345 and https://SchoolName.instruture.com/courses/12346), there isn't a way that you can post something in the first course and have it immediately show up in the second course. Each course is its separate entity, and there's really no connection between the two...unless you are using something like Blueprint courses or Canvas Commons. Blueprint courses are a way to sync content (though the process to sync is still manual), and Commons allows you to update content once and distribute that content to other courses that used the "master" content (update once, distribute to many).
