Posting grade from Speed grader

I can see the grades for a Quiz assigned in canvas in speed grader, but they are not highlighted and I can not actually post them in Canvas.

I am not sure I am understanding your question. If the grades display in SpeedGrader, then they are "posted in Canvas." Do you mean that you see the grades in SpeedGrader, but you do not see them in the Gradebook?

Hi Kelley.

So I see the grade in speedgrader, but it is not dark so therefore I am not able to post it as a grade in canvas. Also, when I go to the grades, I see an image in the gradebook instead of the grade.

If you notice, the grade is there but I can't get it to post.

Also, when I am in the gradebook, this is what I see for the grades;

Hi, Emily,

I took a look at your course, and the Statistics assignment you showed is a quiz. You have an outstanding question that needs review and manual grading. Then the grading field will update. When the Gradebook displays the assignments icon for a quiz, that also means there are questions that need to be manually reviewed. Open SpeedGrader and follow the instructions in this lesson: https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-26345-how-do-i-grade-quiz-questions-in-speedgrader
