Previous uploaded assignments by students in old gradebook will be still available to teachers?

With the new gradebook, will I still be able to see and download old assignments and materials uploaded by students from previous courses? My students uploaded a lot of assignments in gradebook and I'd want to keep it there.

Yes! No issue with this. The gradebook will look different, but the student submissions will remain. They're actually attached to individual assignments, quizzes, and discussions rather than the physical gradebook.
