ProctorU exam code not accepting

Hello,
A few days ago I scheduled an exam for my online on demand Spanish course on ProctorU for today. I logged in today, got things connected and set with my proctor. But when he typed in the exam access code for the exam I'm taking (the midterm), nothing happened -- the page just stayed there.
This exact issue happened before, like two days ago when the exam code inputted by my proctor wasn't working.
I'm confused -- why isn't the exam code working? I'm sure I scheduled the right exam..
Can someone please help? I really want to move forward in my course but this problem is delaying things....
