Push Notification on Different Devices

I have Canvas as a student and as a teacher in the same group (my administration made all teachers students in a faculty group). Is there a way to get different push notifications on my cell phone versus my ipad?

Unfortunately this not possible for two reasons. 1. You can't set notifications by a role in Canvas and 2) push notifications to a device is universal. Essentially when you set push notifications in Canvas it's for ALL your devices and isn't device-specific.
That sounds like a really interesting idea, and I'm sure that others would find it valuable too! I encourage you to create a new Feature Idea and start a larger conversation about this. If you do, please link back here to help others find your idea.
