I tried my best to do proper DD here, but I don't see a specific answer to my question.
Is it possible to create an admin role that only has the ability to access the "View Notifications" tab under "Admin Tools" without also granting that role edit rights?
It seems like it should be based on the permissions documentation - but I've enabled:
Course Content - View
Courses - View Change Logs
Courses - View List
Notifications - View
Statistics - View
Users - View List
Users - View Login IDs
Users - View Primary Email Address
...and no combination thereof seems to do the trick. Am I missing a permission to enable, or is this just not possible?
