Question about Canvas sync to Infinite Campus

We have had Canvas in our district for many years but this year is the first time we have synced our courses to the SIS called Infinite Campus. I have a concern about that change in that for many years teachers have been adding each other to their courses for the purpose of Importing Content from each other. Because Canvas and Infinite Campus are now communicating, will the addition of a teacher in a Canvas course be reflected in Infinite Campus data at the conclusion of a sync?
