Quiz Logs show the actions the students took during a quiz based on the time, with t = 0 being the time they started the quiz. It might say that they viewed a question, answered a question, left the page with the quiz, or came back to the page with the quiz.
It is not an exact science, but it can give you an overview and can help you track down problems.
