Okay I had a dumb moment. I took a quiz thinking it was available, but it doesn't open until Tuesday. I did not know this until I saw something was wrong with the exam due to it saying take quiz and then there were no questions.  I submitted it and then the grade appeared at 0/100 and that I used my only attempt. Will still be able to take the exam after it opens Tuesday? 

Note: I did email the instructor.

Hello  @arianna_hanifor  Welcome to the Canvas Community.  Thank you for posting your question.  We here in the Community cannot say for certain that your instructor would let you re-take the quiz/exam...as this would be a decision for your instructor.  However, I'm glad to see that you've taken action to e-mail your instructor explaining the situation.  Hopefully you will be able to re-take the quiz/exam without penalty.  Good luck to you!
