Releasing feedback and manual grading on quiz assignment

Hello,
The students for the class which I am a TA for recently took an exam via the "Quizzes" function. The exam was divided into two different quizzes: one multiple choice (automatically graded) and one short answers (manually graded).
I have been trying to release the feedback for both quizzes for students to see which questions they need to work on, but they are only able to see their scores. Would I have to remove the available date on the assignment/quiz for them to be able to see the grading and feedback? If so, how can I make sure that they are not able to retake the exams?
Any help would be great!
