If you are unable to remove people from your Canvas course(s) yourself, you will need to reach out to your school's local Canvas administrator to see if he/she would be willing to help you with this. I searched your school's website, and I think I found a page that should be helpful (hopefully I have the correct school/site for you): Faculty Support for Canvas.
