Renaming Modules when course links use "title" HTML attribute

I've noticed that the "title" HTML attribute is very useful when you want users to be able to mouse over the link and see the title of the object in Cavas that is being linked -- it's also awesome that emojis also appear in this hover over pop-up (when used in the title of a Module for example).
However, if I subsequently change the title of a Module (I assume any linked course material would act the same), the course link title is static and does not update. Is there a possible way to code updating titles with HTML in the RCE?
