Report/Analytics per School and Student?

Help! I've recently been given Admin permissions in Canvas and asked by my District administrator to find a report in Canvas that we can run for each student in each building in our District. The report needs to show the following information for each course the student is enrolled in: # Completed Assignments, # of Missing Assignments, Current Grade, and % of course completed.  Ideally we could export this data into an Excel file to sort by course, student, or other variables. I've searched Reports and Analytics, in addition to watching tutorials but can't seem to locate a way to pull this information. Any ideas? Help!

Hi Suzie, 

# Completed Assignments = Admin - Configuration - Reports - Submission report (choose a term/start/end-date) -> This report will show any submission to a assignment, you can work in excel to make a dynamic table showing all the assignments per student that have the status that you want (look at workflow_state)

# of Missing Assignments

Same report as above, just make sure to check "Unsubmitted and deleted". Checking these, you will get unsubmitted assignments, so you have all the missings

Current Grade Same report as above, using the same dynamic table you can make a colum with the final grade so far

% of course completed It will depend's as how you consider a course completed, but if you are only checking if the user has done all the assignments, just use the same one and check for any missing assignment for each student (same dynamic) 

There reports will download as excel files, so you can work with it or import the excel to a BI software to help you out creating nice dashboards (or just create the dashboards using excel)

Thank you for your suggestions. I don't seem to have an option for a Submission Report, only Students with No Submissions. Is there a different report I should be looking for?  Thanks again!
