I am using Canvas for Educators version, and two of my students are not able to login and they are not receiving the password reset emails to their inbox. It is important that I have the students use their university issued email accounts but I don't see a way to force reset their passwords so they can log in and complete work. What do I do?

@williamsj3 , I'm sorry that your question has been sitting here for so long without a response! Were you able to get this problem resolved? In the future, my recommendation is to have the student contact Canvas Support about issues like this. To contact them they can message support@instructure.com.
