In the rubrics section, can we get a search button so that we do not have to scroll through ALL the courses we have taught to find a certain rubric from a different class?

If so, then I would recommend voting and commenting on it. If not, then you could create your own feature idea in the Canvas Studio area of the Community.

Yes. That would be very helpful. When would the vote end as this seems like this was up a couple years ago now?
