I'm trying to add my Verizon phone number as a contact in my canvas notifications. I've tried to set it up multiple times within the past ten minutes and I can't find a solution that has been posted in the last year.
We have had a support ticket in for this problem for a very long time. It is a known issue with Verizon.
We have a ticket in for this problem since November. Still no resolution apparently.
I don't suppose either of you have gotten a resolution for this? Do you have the case number I could reference when filing my own ticket about the issue?

I have not received an SMS verification code either but my carrier is AT&T. Have you any suggestions?

The problem still exists. I just tried again in case but still did not receive a code.
