Setup local admin account

We are hosted and our Test instance is LDAP enabled. Is it possible for me to set up a local admin account ? "not LDAP". I am trying to test Azure SSO. I want to make sure I can login as local admin to undo the changes. CSM is trying to sell me support for $750....!

Always a smart option if LDAP is broken or you need Auth disabled and Admins need to retain access. If you just go to your own profile /users/self and look for the Add Login under your Login Information you can create a manual login for your profile. This password is stored in Canvas, make it strong. I'd also be sure to pick a username that's outside any provisioning format that might cause another user to end up with a similar login_id.
