Student Mastery reports from 3rd party without feedback allowed

We need to keep the student responses option turned off for our quizzes, but when students finish a quiz we want them to have the option to view a mastery report on how well they did in certain areas. I know Canvas has the "Mastery Gradebook" option, but it doesn't seem that it will give us what we need.

At a minimum we need to be able to give students feedback by chapter.  It cannot contain any specific question information, but basically would give them a breakdown of areas.  
For example their results might show
Chapter 1- 100%
Chapter 2 - 60%
Chapter 3- 80%
Etc.

Is anyone aware of any 3rd party tools that can help achieve this in Canvas?
