Student's not being able to submit Studio Embedded Quizzes

I have been assigning videos with embedded quizzes.  I am now getting a number of students telling me they watched the video and did the embedded questions but at the end they were not allowed to hit the submit button.  On my end it looks like they are still "in progress".  I've asked if they are using Chrome and the most are.  One student even tried it twice and it tells me they are in progress.
