Students (Accidental) Associated Accounts

I am a new teacher, teaching a new subject, at a new school.

I am teaching three sections of the same course. 

At the beginning of the year, I invited all of my students via their school emails.

There were some login/logout errors and some of my students accounts were "associated" with one another, enabling some students to successfully login while others cannot. 

I do not know how to begin to fix this...

Help?

 @crumpd1 ,

If you are using the Free for Teacher version, you will need to open a ticket with Instructure Support and have them correct the user accounts. This is done from Help > Report a Problem.

If you have a paid account, I would recommend contacting your Canvas Administrator and see if they can assist you.
