Students cant see image on quiz

When creating a quiz in canvas that uses pictures or an images as part of the question. Some students do not see the image while others can. How do you make sure everyone sees the pictures?

Hi,  @laurasahyouni , are the affected students using Safari—13.1 specifically? If so, please ask them to check their browser settings, as a recent update to Safari changed the default for same-site tracking. This screenshot and comment show how to change that.
