Studynet/canvas logging out error

Dear Team,

I have noticed an error message occurring when signing out of studynet. Attached is the screenshots.

Please can you advise on the this error and whether my studynet hour have been lost? Would I need to contact anybody else?

Hi  @asgharmalikam  Welcome to the Canvas Community!

I looking at that error message the first thing I note is that it advises you to "contact your system administrator". This is a global community of Canvas users, and not your school's Canvas Admin/Support department; and as such, we are unable to help you, because we only have access to our own systems and courses.

You will need to contact the department at your school that is responsible for Canvas support. You can likely find a link for support in the Help menu of your Canvas account. Learn more at https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10554-4212710328?sr=search&searchId=5cd0a64a-9c94-4f48-a445...

Many thanks for your reply. Please can you advise whether you would lose the hours completed on canvas if an error message appears when logging out?

I know that you would not likely lose any Canvas work, but I have no idea about StudyNet, because I have never used it. I actually doubt if you would lose anything by not being able to logout, but don't quote me.
