I am sorry to see that you are having difficulties submitting an assignment to your instructor. Unfortunately, the vast majority of Community members do not have access to your school's Canvas environment or your course in question. Generally speaking, it may be that your instructor has incorrectly set up the assignment so that you an your classmates can submit the assignment. Or, there might be some other settings such as date/time restrictions that are not allowing you to submit the assignment. These are all controlled by your instructor, so it would be best to reach out to him/her to investigate this further. Here is a Guide for you to look at: How do I get help with Canvas as a student?.
