I have several teachers who have students who can access their files in O365 and click on Attach File. But when they get back to Canvas and it says "Submit Assignment" it just hangs and doesn't get it submitted. The teacher I am working with is using Cloud Books so they can't save the O365 file to the desktop. Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so, how did you fix it. I called Canvas Support and they gave the usual answers of try another browser and/or delete the cache. But the teacher has responded and said this didn't fix the problem. I'm just asking if anyone else has experienced this and yes all the students in my district have O365 accounts.
We experienced this issue about a month ago with our O365 integration. It actually turned out to be an issue with Microsoft and within a day was resolved without a message from Microsoft. Not sure if this is the same thing as we are not hearing any issues with our Office 365.
