Technical difficulties

I am able to Log in on my phone to canvas perfectly fine. When i try log in on my laptop it doesnt let me login. i want to access my college resources on my laptop to edit and save the files on my device. someone please help me with this. if i can log on to the community section to canvas i should be able to log on to access my learning resources.

A few things to try:

• clear your cache
• try a second browser
• try an incognito tab

If all of these do not work I would check to see if there is a firewall or content blocker.  

Note:  the community would have a different URL than your school's instance of Canvas.  Are you able to access other tools for your school?
