Test help

Hi my name is Hannah Johnson.  

yesterday I downloaded the lockdown app. and was going to take my final exam/test for art history 101, I put in hjohnson6201 and password ..  It said did not exist .  Then I tryed it with the @email.vccs.edu... Same thing.  Tried it again Socail security number ... wouldn't take it... Tried school ID number.  I called the number they had listed for lockdown , did not work .  The test was due yesterday, and no way I could take it.  

Can you help with this , and get me a, Gracie extension on the test so I can take the test.

Being from a school that has used Respondus for years, once you open the Respondus Lockdown Browser, you use the same login credentials for Canvas that you always use.

I did, used the exact login that I use on PVCC student login.  I did contact the teacher,  and she sent me to here, canvas help.  

Haven't tried yet, but also suggested calling the desk at PVCC , that will be the next thing to try.....
