The admin function of local installed Canvas

Hi Folks,

I have followed the quick start from Quick Start · instructure/canvas-lms Wiki · GitHub to install the Canvas on my Mac.

I noticed there were not many options for the admin role to chose from. My local instance only provides Course, Term, Teacher, Sub-Account, Students to work with. But I am interested in settings->Apps->(add LTI tool). The purpose to install this Canvas instance locally is to test my LTI development. 

Did I miss anything from the installation?

Hi Kim!

If you click on the down-arrow to the right of "Princeton" in the header, do you see a list of the administrative functions? At the bottom of that list there should be a "Settings" option. The screenshot that you posted looks like a mobile or narrow-browser-window view, but the functions should still be reachable via that menu.  In a normal desktop-browser window you'd see the Settings option at the bottom of the left nav.
