To Do List not showing up on for some students

I have not changed the way I am doing anything, however, one student has stated that assignments are not showing up on the To Do list this week. I've tried logging in to Student View and I can see the To Do list.  All assignments have due dates.  I had them uninstall and reinstall the app.  What am I missing?

I read somewhere that there was a difference in what showed up in the mac version of the app verses the pc version.  I have not tested that, however, and it should not be different from week to week.  I would expect re-installing the browser to cover clearing cached pages.  Have you asked the student to log in from a computer on a normal browser, instead of a mobile device using the app?

Is this on iOS or Android? I also would be interested in what they are seeing on the web verse the app. Thanks!
