I wonder if this is a bug that is affecting the Dutch version? If so, I would suggest that you "Report a Bug" via the "Help" menu (located at the top right corner of your Canvas screen in the current User Interface or the bottom left corner of the screen in the new Canvas interface). Once you click on help, you should see a "Report a Problem" link where you can report the issue for Instructure to look at.
