Trouble with grading scheme

I have a Canvas course with 25 quizzes that students have to take to pass the course. The quizzes were created using the New Quiz tool. I have somewhat trouble setting up the grading scheme. Here's what I want to achieve:

• The quizzes and the course should have two grades: Pass and Fail.
• To pass a quiz, students must score 100%.
• To pass the course, students must score 100% on all 25 quizzes.
• Each quiz, regardless of its score, should count as 4% (1/25) of the total course score.

Is this possible to achieve, and if so, how do I do it?
