Troubleshoot: Adding Flipgrid to a Canvas Course

I have watched this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dDvEadGSwPM&feature=emb_title but yet when I refresh the page after following all the steps, the link for Flipgrid never appears on the left hand side with all the other apps. Please advise!

You may have the app disabled in the navigation settings. Go to settings and under navigation, make sure the flipgrid app is in the top section, not "hidden from students". Drag it up and drop, then hit save.
