Turn off comments on submissions

Is it possible to turn off comments on submissions in SpeedGrader?

Sorry to see that your question has been sitting out here for quite some time without a response.  To my knowledge, there is no way to turn off comments on submissions in the SpeedGrader.  If you wanted to see something like this implemented in Canvas, I would suggest that you submit a new Feature Idea here in the Community.  To do this, you can click on the PRODUCT menu from any screen here in the Community, and then select IDEA CONVERSATIONS.  Then, click on the "Suggest an idea" button.  Here are a few other Guides to get you started:
