Turnit In Plagiarism

Is there a problem with the Turnit In plagiarism tool? I use it all the time, and now, I'm not seeing the identified text. The plagiarism detection is showing that a percentage of the submitted paper might have similar/exact content, so I select the percentage button to see the identified material. The Turnit In similarity report is not showing any indication of similar material (it's usually highlighted, and when selected, shows the origin of the similar information). In one case, 50% identified, nothing at all showing on the Turnit In report.

Never mind. I just noticed that the student turned in using .pdf (against my policy).
