Turnitin Cloud Submission option grayed out

For a specific turnitin assignment, several students in this teacher's class are not getting the option of Cloud Submission on turnitin...it is grayed out. It has the same settings as other turnitin assignments where students aren't getting this error. How can we fix this? Also, what do you think could have caused it in the first place?

I have never seen that either. This looks like a case for Turnitin’s support team. 😁
