Two Accounts not merging

I seem to have two different Canvas accounts, and when I tried to merge them, it does not happen. I am a part time teacher at Spectrum Seminary in Pleasant Grove. I need to have access to the Utah Valley south Area Canvas courses, as well as my Canvas course for Spectrum Seminary. Can you help me with this problem?

With rare exceptions, Canvas accounts at different schools cannot be merged; each account typically requires its own set of credentials provisioned by the school. The exception is when both schools have entered into a trust relationship, and if you think that might apply in your case, or if you need access to a specific course that you're not able to find, please ask the eLearning department at one of the schools for assistance.
