Unable to Access Collaboration Files

My group is attempting to use google docs within the people > group > collaborations > google doc file pathway. I was asked to authorize one file and was able to access, but the other files simply flash the authorization screen and immediately switch to the following message: 

Google Drive

We cannot access the requested file. Please contact the administrator of the Google drive account for further details.

I have been assured that I have been granted permissions to all files in the same way that allowed me to access one out of the three collaborations created. Does anyone have any advice or insight?

Hi  @newelldm  Welcome to the Canvas Community.

I had a similar experience today. Unfortunately it was while I was demonstrating the joys of collaborations in a webinar being broadcast to the state! 

I discovered afterwards that Chrome needed to be updated! Perhaps that's what is happening for you?

I am also getting this error message: We cannot access the requested file.  Please contact the administrator of the Google drive account for further details.

I updated my Chrome and that didn't fix the issue as suggested above.  I have tried everything I know how to do:

• Google/Canvas integration has been done.
• Form settings are set appropriately (form links work outside of Canvas).
• No personal Google accounts are attached to the browser and/or are logged in.
• Tried deleting and recreating in Canvas.

I am hoping someone can help me find a solution.  Thank you so much.

I am having this same issue with my students.  Only some of them get this error message and it is only within Collaborations that the error comes up.  They can access other Google files.  I restarted and updated the browser and this did not fix the issue.
