Unable to Upload screen capture with Studio

Hi! 

I'm having a difficult time uploading videos with Studio. I tried to do a video with the screen capture at home, but it continues to tell me Failed to encode! Are you on a restricted computer at a school or business? How can I get this to work? Thanks!

Hello @malcazar ...

For a question like this, I would recommend that you reach out to the Tech Support folks at Instructure.  I've never personally seen an error message like that in Canvas Studio, but I'm guessing that the help desk staff would be able to help troubleshoot this with you.  You can contact the help desk staff by clicking on the "Help" icon on the left side of your global navigation menu within Canvas.
