Unicheck not working

Some help here, the English teachers at my school tried to use unicheck for plagiarism, but it was stating resubmit, they clicked it but nothing happened. If you know what is the problem, please respond back. Thank you.

Thank you for your question. Could you provide more details on the issue? Was it the submission of one particular paper or of the whole assignment/course?

If Unicheck Report has not been generated for one particular submission, please try the following:

  1. Try to re-submit again by clicking to the “Resubmit to Uncheck” button.
  2. If it didn't help - try to re-save the file on the same device from which you’ll be submitting and re-submit manually.
  3. If it didn't help, please contact our 24/7 Support Team (https://unicheck.com/contact-us).

If it's a global issue related to the whole assignment/course:

  1. Try to disconnect the tool from the assignment - choose "none" in the plagiarism review section and save the assignment.
  2. Connect the tool again, save the assignment, try to submit it again.
  3. If it didn't help, please contact our 24/7 Support Team (https://unicheck.com/contact-us).

The account manager at my school is the IT director, here is not sure about

the unicheck, I will talk to him after the break. Thanks for your time and

Have there been any change with this? I'm also having this issue with my classes right now and resubmitting does not help

Yes, ours has been resolved. We contacted an Unicheck rep. She checked our account and stated we ran out of pages. You just tell the rep how many pages you want. I believe it was $0.07 cents per page. I hope this works for you.
