Hello @snunnjo1 ,
I could be wrong but you can't upload a Canvas courses to a dropbox but you can create an export of your course then upload that file to dropbox. How do I export a Canvas course? will give you step by step instructions.
The export will create a IMSCC ZIP file that can be shared and also imported to another course.
