Upload to Commons

I am trying to upload a course to commons, but I get this error message that says, "failed to upload thumbnail. Please try again."  I have tried again but still get the same message.  Any suggestions?

Hello there,  @michael_smiley ...

I just chatted with tech support at Instructure about this, and their Level 2 support team is aware of the issue, and they are investigating.  If you report this on your own, you can use my case number as reference: 05182717.
