We are having the same issue with a few students not every student in the class or every class the student is in.

I'm checking in to see if this is still an issue with your students? Version 6.9.8 of the iOS app mentioned fixes for quiz uploading issues.

I have the same problem, I could not embed images anymore. Im a student

I have the same issue. I can not insert anything into discussion posts, images, document, etc. Nothing works and I just get an error message. This needs to be fixed as it has already cost me class credit. This has been going on for months.
