Uploading Multimedia Files

Hello Canvas Community:

I'm getting this error notification when trying to upload a multimedia file:

 It says Error: Request failed with status code 400. 

I tried uploading the file directly in the Module using the Multimedia icon, but I couldn't either. 

Help will be greatly appreciated.

Hello there, @mg15 ...

In the image you included with your question, it looks like you are trying to upload a video.  When you are on the screen where you are trying to upload that video, look at the bottom left corner of your screen.  You should see a percentage bar there.  What percentage of your available storage have you used?  Is the video file larger than the available storage you have remaining?  That may be why you are unable to upload that video, and you may need to remove some other files to make room for that video.
