Using Conferences and adding to a page

Is there a way to add a "link" to a Conference? 

For example, I am sending home a schedule on a Canvas page with links to the online work.

2. Complete this worksheet

3. Join this Conference at 9:30        <---------------

4. Participate in this discussion.

Is there any way to provide a link or do the students always have to click on the "Conferences" choice on the left side menu to get to it?
