Using Speed Grader with Discussion

Using Speed Grader with Discussion - In the past, I have been able to see each student's individual responses for a Discussion in Speed Grader. However, now Speed grader only shows a blank pane for a student. I can find their posts in the full discussion, but nothing shows up in Speed Grader. What's going on?

Hi there,  @lorraine_savoy ...

This one might be a bit tough to diagnose here in the Community because we cannot see your screen and do not have access to your school's Canvas environment or your course(s).  However, there are some general things to try:

• Make sure you are using an up-to-date browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
• Clear your browser's history/cache.

  • How do I clear my browser cache on a PC?‌
• Restart your computer

If none of those things work, I would suggest that you reach out to the Canvas Help Desk staff so that they can help troubleshoot this issue with you.  How to contact Canvas Support  Then, if you could, please come back to this thread to provide an update for us so we know what the solution was.
