Using peer reviews on a Canvas Studio assignment

I have assignments where students submit a video using Canvas Studio.  I would like students to be able to give each other comments (peer reviews) on their videos.

If I select "Assign peer reviews" will students be given access to view and make comments on each other's videos? Will I see their comments and be able to give them points in the speed grader?

If not, what is the best way for students to share videos (and be able to make time-code specific comments on them)?
