My exams and quizzes are set up to release one question at a time and locked after answering. However, when I look at the exam log and click on the question with the following statement Viewed (and possibly read) question it notes that the question was answered more than once. For example, one of the questions was answered three times and another four times. I went back to the student's exam and the question was correct. I thought since students could not revisit the question, they could not change their answer. Am I missing something?
Seems like the students eyes are moving side to side while being recorded. Or they are reading stick notes on the edges of their computer screen. I have not been able to figure this out.
Multiple attempts just means that they changed their answer choice prior to moving to the next question.
