WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE RECORDINGS OF THE CONFERENCES???

I really need some help here. ASAP!!!!! I've been recording conferences and they are not available for my students to watch. It is making my teaching impossible..... I need some guidance PLEASE!!! I really do not want to migrate to another platform and start from ground zero, but if these recordings are not available anymore, what I use Canvas for has gone from amazing to nothing in just seconds.... 

My students are going crazy, they can't get the information on time... Some have been recorded a while ago, almost a week, and still no availability.

Some answers would be great!!!

Hi Landy,

I am the product manager for BigBlueButton.  While I work at Blindside Networks, the company that provides hosting for Canvas Conferences to Instructure, and can't speak on behalf of Instructure, I can respond to your question.

Are you using Conferences at your school or are you on the Free For Teachers version of Conferences?

I'm using Free For Teachers, I've also sent emails to how to upgrade if that is necessary, but i have no response. I dont mind paying...just have to do it as a personal teacher since I can't buy a whole thing for a school since I'm not the Dean of my University, but I need to solve my individual issues ASAP
