Webex Recordings

My students have stopped getting my webex recordings in canvas. I haven't changed anything in webex. I can see the recordings in webex put they aren't being pushed to the students canvas webex page.

Since WebEx is techniaclly a third-party software and is not owned by Instructure, I'm not sure that Community members will be able to help with this type of question.  Have you tried reaching out directly to the folks at WebEx to see if they can be of assistance?
